Age between 26-45
Bachelor degree or equivalent business-related degree preferred but not completely essential
Native speaker preferred from major English speaking countries Britain/Canada/America/Australia would receive priority
CELTA and TEFL qualified

A minimum 1-year ‘s experience teaching English to adult learners preferably in China or Asia.
This should include either/or: Teaching business English to individuals or corporate organizations
Teaching general English with an emphasis on oral communication

To have some meaningful work experience within business world and outside world of TEFL

Must be professionally mature and culturally sensitive
Must be creative and innovative and a love to experiment with different learning materials
Must be flexible and enthusiastic Must be IT Proficient
Must have a sense of humor and a love for developing professional relationships with trainees and their corporative representatives
Must be self –motivated with an Entrepreneural spirit and long-term vision to help grow a business.

Teaching business English training programs to clients in off-site corporate locations and professional individuals in a company classroom
Actively participating in material development and having a significant creative input in designing training programs for the localized Shenzhen market
Helping to service corporate and individual contracts through assisting the sales process
Testing trainees-providing Pre-Course and final assessment for all trainees

1.An above average salary for Shenzhen of 9000-12000RMB depending upon experience and qualifications

Job Description

Answering the potential clients’ enquiry calls or emails and maintaining the record
Gathering and initially qualifying the new leads and electronicalize them
Cold-calling to promote any sales related events of new classes opening
Analyze the training requirement and suggest a preliminary training proposal for the potential clients
Assistant to the sales manager with any sales-related promotional events/demo class in terms of telephoning or face-to face
Assistant to the Senior Course Consultant for customer service

If you are the unique person we are looking for, we would like to offer you:

5 days/ 40 working hours/week
(Should be prepared for accepting occasional sales related overtime work at weekends or evenings)
7-15 paid holiday after the completion of 1 year employment
